I want a new hair cut, but I can't decide on one.?

I am 13 and I am a brunette. Some people say I have a slight ornage touch when the light shines on it. My hair is straight, no curles. It goes down to about my belly-button, when it is down, on my back. My bangs are as long as my other hair, which makes my hair very boring. My mom said I can get any cut I want, but I don't want my bangs so short that they only cover my forhead. I did have layers but only a slight sland on my hair. It coast too much and you couldn't even tell I had them. I am open to any ideas but I would like my hair to stay pretty long. Pictures please! THX

get it cut to around your shoulders or your chest that length is really in now, and get layers in the back and in the fround.

if you want to show it off you should talk about getting it "feathered" in the front. it looks really cute

graduated bangs or triming on thesides ,,try something other than a center part ,,,look in hair mags for good ideas ,,,i put mine up in a braid and when i let it down it has texture ,,for a change two hairstyles in one ,,and its not a major change ,,ask you hairdresser arm yourself with pics of hiar styles you like and ya ,,keep it long ,,,it sounds pretty ...juliet

First, it sounds like you have FLAT hair ( making it straight, or"boring"). Switch your shampoo%26amp; conditioner to a Volumizing collection( Pantene volume works great %26amp; is cheaper than salon brands). Use those for about 2weeks BEFORE the hair cut. I would try the layers again, but be SPECiFiC in telling the stylistwhat it is you're trying to do. Let them know you want some body or maybe want it to curl under sometime %26amp; they will cut it a specific way. I wouldn't recommend anything shorter than your shoulders for yur age. Good Luck! Girls with hair like yours are rare. Sounds like it is beautiful. In a few years, if you don't cut it it will probably be stunningly beautiful. When its like that, guy's heads snap for a double-take, and you'll be the envy of a million women.

Once you cut it, you'll never have it long again, since it takes a lot of work to make it look so good again.

My advice: keep it long.
