When I was younger people admired my long, beautiful hair.
As I got older, I got my hair pressed a lot, put braids in it and cut my actual hair once I tried to take them out, and wound up with split ends. Now my hair is short, brittle, and it doesnt grow like it used to. I heard of this new product designed to grow hair and stregnthen it which consists of a shampoo, moisterizer, relaxer, etc. The have they're own web site, and I've done some research and they seem to be pretty accurate. However, most of the time advertisements are lies and none of it may be true. So, does anyone know if hair treatments that claim they work, really do work?

Infusium is a great shampoo/conditioner that you could probably buy at any grocery store, it works really well on my hair and my whole familys hair so I'm hoping it might work with you

no not really. for me, i never really cared about my appearance but i just use shampoo and conditioning regularly, but people say i have lovely hair. my best advice for you is not to buy them. shampoo with conditioning in them doesnt work as well as shampooing then conditioning. also, dont wash your hair like EVERYDAY. wash it like once every two days or so. that way, it gets rid of unwanted oily ness but keeps nutrients in. and dont take this personally but i may suggest a hair transplant.

I was taking silica capsules (basicly clay) to strenthen my nails when I first started playing guitar, my hair went crazy, went from shaved head to pony tail in about 12 months. you will get them in most health food stores.
