i got my hair cut short { to my jaw bone} and layered..i got it done on September 3rd and now its down to my collar bone..... is it growing at a fast or moderate rate? and how can i help it grow longer?? and i bite my nails... how can i help them grow really fast and to stop biting them??

OK first off, stop biting your nails :) there are solutions you can buy to put on your nails so it tastes nasty every time you go to chew on 'em, if you need help quitting!

Many things can help your hair grow longer. Some people soak their scalp in egg whites, which gives a healthy shine as well. I have a friend that swears by egg whites mixed with beer but if you're underage that presents problems :)

There are vitamins, about ten dollars for a month supply, called Hair, Skin, and Nails. Its formulated just for this very thing. I take them because I have issues with those three things as a result of an illness, and they work great.

My ex mother in law also swears by soaking your head in olive oil at least once a week for twenty minutes, says it causes an inch a month in growth.

If you're near an all natural foods market or something to that effect, you may be able to procure some dried nettles in a dried herb type of form, which, when brewed into a tea and put on your head to soak, greatly helps hair growth (even in the bald!)

I also suggest keeping the ends trimmed, which also help growth!

Vitimin E helps gorn nails and hiar it is also very heathly to take one very day with a full stomach, as for the nail bitting, get some sort of nail bitting habbit be gone jucie from the drug store put it on every so often, the taste of it make me want to puke, my nails look goegous now, if i do say so myself!

As many people have said, there are tons of natural ways to make your hair grow. I'd say try tem until you find one you're happy with. As for nails, I use nail polish that does wonder. They grow very quickly and look healthy too. I use Sally Hansen Nail Growth Miracle. Good luck and Happy Holidays!
